Trip, Part II

I fell again yesterday evening while I was running. It isn't as bad as my last fall -- I just skinned one knee and my hands.

I haven't treated my knee as gingerly this time as I did last time. Again, I got up, bandaged it and then went back out to finish the run. But after I ran, I took the bandages off and everything's been fine. I'm bending it, walking normally, etc. It hurts, but it will get better, and hopefully soon.

I'm not going to worry about it, and I plan to run this evening, of course.

It's not that I'm clumsy; the road in my subdivision is very pothole-y and ridged and all that. There are obvious hazards and then there are hidden ones. I have that uncanny ability to find both.
